Grocery shopping is not my favorite thing in the world to do as the shopper of the house. I am responsible for making sure the house is stocked each week with our usual items that are imperative for our survival. Think eggs, bananas, yogurt etc. As for meal planning, that’s where all the time and prep comes into play. First I have to plan out what I want to make for the days I have to cook during the week, next I have to make sure I put the ingredients on my list to purchase when I make my weekly trip to the store. Since becoming pregnant with my second kiddo, my energy levels have gone down and so has my desire to put all of these prep work into action. This is why I loved skipping the store last week to whip up incredible meals with Blue Apron! It was so much easier to have it all on my door step without giving up cooking or delicious tasting food completely!

Blue Apron is a food delivery service that sends boxes of perfectly portioned fresh and locally-sourced ingredients with step by step gourmet recipes to follow to your door. This box of goodies will make any person feel and look like they should host their own food show! What’s great about the recipes that Blue Apron provides is that no matter what you search on Pinterest, the flavors that are put together in these boxes aren’t something you would normally cook on your own. An added bonus, my husband totally helps out!

With the recipes right out in front of us, it’s easy to get him and my daughter to join in on the cooking fun. This not only cuts down my cooking time, but also allows me to spend more quality time with my family. Family time makes this mama happy!

All of your foodie ladies and gentlemen should definitely give Blue Apron a shot. Delivered at your door, delicious recipes and as one of my readers you can sign up to receive $30 off your first week! Don’t miss out on this great opportunity and let me know how you like it if you try it!
